The bill (Reg. No. 1336) suggests supplementing the list of persons who suffered as a result of Chornobyl catastrophe (article 11 of the Law “On the Status and Social Protection of Citizens who Suffered as a Result of Chornobyl Catastrophe”), and include into the mentioned list children of participants in mitigation of consequences on Chornobyl NPP and those evacuated from the exclusion zone who were born to participants in mitigation of consequences on Chornobyl NPP and those evacuated from the exclusion zone and were not included into the categories established by article 14 of this Law after they came of full age.

Author of the legislative imitative believes that implementation of provisions of the bill will require additional funds from the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 41 million per year.
